The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Yemen is inviting you to participate in Request for Proposals # 2022-9173124 for: ESTABLISHING LTA(s) with QUALITY IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR UNICEF CASH TRANSFER PROJECTS

For participating to this RFP, you are requested to provide a comprehensive technical proposal against the requirement as detailed in the attached TORs.

Moreover, an online pre bid conference will be held as per the below details as per the invitation attached on the UNGM portal for this LRPS:

Prior to the conference, please ensure to review the RFP requirements and prepare any inquiries to be addressed after conference. 

Moreover, all interested proposer are required to submit any further questions in respect of this RFPS by EMAIL to Omar Hamdallah at [email protected].   The deadline for receipt of any questions is by 3rd of March 2022 COB (Sana’a local time).

Finally, as per the requirement included in the RFP document, all interested bidders are required to send their technical proposal (including their signed NDA indicated in Annex B) and their financial offers (each in separate email) by 10th of March 2022 by 15:00 hrs (Sana’a local time) to the following email address only: [email protected].
