VII.2)Information about modifications
VII.2.2)Reasons for modification
Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

1. Müüja taotluse alusel pikendati osade toodete tarneaega: pos 10, 40, 45, 47 uus tarneaeg on 20.01.2022 ja pos 44, 57, 60, 77, 78 uus tarneaeg on 31.01.2022. Pikendamise vajadus on tingitud ettenägematust ülemaailmsest mööblitööstust puudutavast materjalide ja kaupade tarneraskustest, mis on põhjustanud osade lepingu objektiks olevate toodete tarne viibimist müüja partnerite käest.

2. Ostjast tingitud põhjustel jääb hankelepingu objektiks olevate toodete hulgast välja pos LC121, LC227, LC316 ja lisanduvad seitse lukustavat klaasust. Väljajäänud toodete maksumuse ja lisandunud klaasuste maksumuste erinevuse tõttu suurendatakse lepingu maksumust 3384, 32 euro (käibemaksuta) võrra.

3. Müüja taotluse alusel pikendati toote "õmbluslaus tõstukiga" tarneaega kuni 15.02.2022. Pikendamise vajadus on tingitud ettenägematust toote detailide tarneraskustest, mis on põhjustanud lepingu objektiks oleva toote tarne viibimist müüja partnerite käest.
