FCNSW is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors with the ability to provide harvest services on the North Coast of NSW. 

The Expression of Interest is Stage 1 of a two-stage process. Proponents who qualify from Stage 1 will be invited to participate in a Direct Negotiation Process (Stage 2).

All Expression of Interest documents can only be obtained at, and can only be submitted electronically via the NSW Government e-Tendering website: www.tenders.nsw.gov.au

Proponents that intend to lodge EOI submissions (Stage 1) are required to do so by the closing date.

Proponents who meet the mandatory eligibility criteria and meet the minimum non-price value described in section 1.7 (Assessment and Ranking) will be registered to participate in a Direct Negotiation Process (Stage 2).  

Each registered Proponent will be scheduled by FCNSW for a one (1) hour compulsory information session at either the Coffs Harbour or Wauchope offices.

Details pertaining to the Direct Negotiation Process including work package information and other documents will be provided to Proponents at the compulsory meeting.

Commencement of contracts are to be agreed, but no later than December 2022.
