Short description Fire Safety, Disability Access & General Upgrade Works to Residential Care Dwelling at Milford Close, Castletroy, Limerick City Detailed description Expressions of interest only sought for construction / refurbishment works. Expressions to be in written hard copy only, delivered by hand or post, before 12:00pm noon on Friday September 15th 2017, to; Ms Norma Bagge, Director of Services, Brothers of Charity Services Limerick, Blackberry Park, Dock Road, Limerick City. Tender documentation will be forwarded only after the final date for expressions of interest only to contractors submitting hard copy expressions prior to the above stated date. Upgrade works to the existing premises at Milford Close, Castletroy, Limerick City, to consist of provision of fire resisting structures (i.e. doors, partitions, ceilings etc.) and fire alarm and emergency lighting systems and new accessibility provisions, i.e. ramps, sanitary facility upgrades, door widening etc., roof remediation, floor remediation, sewer remediation, window replacement, kitchen fit-out, together with all ancillary works, decoration, making good to finishes, clearing vegetation and landscaping, completion and commissioning.
