United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Libya Operation is seeking Offers for the establishment of Frame Agreement for the Supply and Delivery of  Hygiene Kits

Bidders are required to submit any request for clarification in respect of this ITB by e-mail to [email protected]. The deadline for receipt of questions is 17:00 hrs Libya Time (UTC+2) on 19/04/2021.

UNHCR will arrange for a mandatory online pre-bid conference on 21/04/2021 via Microsoft Teams. Interested bidders are required to share the names and email addresses of their company’s representatives attending the conference at least two (2) working days in advance by email to [email protected]
