Technical Assistance will aim to improve the Ministry's capacity to implement the overall PFM Reform Strategy. The objective of the assignment is to support the on-going reforms within the public financial management system in Kosovo through the provision of policy advice, technical assistance and support to institutional and human resources capacity building.
