Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Compte tenu de l’objet de ces modifications, un changement de titulaire n’est pas possible, d’une part, pour des raisons techniques tenant notamment à des exigences d'interopérabilité avec les travaux réalisés dans le cadre du marché public initial et d’autre part, car il entraînerait une augmentation substantielle des coûts pour la ville de Dax.Pour ces raisons, il s’avère donc nécessaire de modifier le lot susvisé, sur le fondement de l’article 139-2 du décret n° 2016-360 du 25 mars 2016.
