L’accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter de la notification de l’accord-cadre.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Décalage du lancement d'une nouvelle consultation causée par la désorganisation des services de l'UGA liée à la crise sanitaire COVID-19 et à la surcharge de travail qu'elle a entrainée. Les raisons évoquées entrainent l’impossibilité de mener la procédure du nouveau marché à son terme avant la date de fin du marché actuel. Par ailleurs, concernant les ouvrages, il fallait que le marché soit calé sur l’année civile afin d’éviter des difficultés au niveau du système informatique des bibliothèques de l'Université.
