The U.S. General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Region 7 intends to solicit proposals for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services in Baton Rouge, LA and Full Maintenance (FM) services in Lafayette and Houma, LA. FM services include operations and maintenance, custodial, and grounds maintenance services.
Offerors will be expected to provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies (shipping & handling) and shall be responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair of equipment and systems, custodial, grounds maintenance, and all related services located within the property line of the following locations.

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 19.14, this potential acquisition is 100% Set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 561210, Facilities Support Services and the small business size standard is $41.5 million. All firms or individuals responding must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov.
The solicitation number is 47PH0221R0002. The period of performance consists of a six-month base period plus four (4) one-year option periods to begin on or about June 1, 2021. NOTE: The solicitation will include FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, which would allow the government to extend the period of performance and additional 6 months, if necessary.
