GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE   INDONESIA REGIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT FUNDS UNDER IBRD LOAN AND PROJECT DEVELOPMENT FACILITY UNDER TRUST FUNDS Infrastructure Sector GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE Project ID No.154947     PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) has applied for financing from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) toward the cost of the Regional Infrastructure Development Funds (RIDF) as financial intermediary loans in the amount of US$ 100 million each and for grants in the amount of US$3,000,000 equivalent from the World Bank toward the cost of the Project Development Facility, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for procurement of works, goods and consulting services to be procured under this project.   The project will include the following: Procurement of works and goods carried out by local governments under RIDF; Selection of consulting services to support infrastructure project preparation for local governments such as project feasibility studies and detailed engineering designs under PDF.   Procurement of contracts financed by the World Bank will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits (January 2011, revised July 2014), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines.
