The scope of this Qualification System is to qualify candidates for the offshore platform (topside and jacket), including HVDC offshore/onshore converters, for the 2GW grid connections.

The scope of the intended contract includes in particular the design, engineering, production, delivery, project management and installation of the offshore platform (topside and jacket) and HVDC offshore /onshore converters for the 2GW grid connections.

1. Submittal "European Single Procurement Document" (ESPD) or in german "Einheitliche Europäische Eigenerklärung" (EEE)

2.1 HVDC certification and competence: A type test certificate or type test report & One reference project demonstrating experience;

2.2 Topside- and jacket engineering, fabrication and commissioning competences : Reference projects

2.3 Fabrication Topside yard; location and layout.

3. Certificates with regard to (a) environmental management; (b) quality management ; and (c) safety management.
