Mehrleistungen (Mehrmassen) bei der Bau- und Bauunterhaltsreinigung, welche sich im Rahmen der pandemiebedingten verschobenen Zeitschiene der Baustelle ergeben haben. In Abstimmung mit dem Nutzer erfolgte die Baureinigung auch während der gesamten Umzugsphase, welche sich wiederum pandemiebedingt sehr lang gestaltet hat. Im Zuge der Fertigstellung der Arbeitsleistungen aller Gewerke kam es deswegen auch zu Mehrfachreinigungen ganzer Bauabschnitte.
