Description of renewals:

Der Vertrag tritt mit Erteilung des Zuschlags durch die BVG mit Wirkung zum 01.08.2022 in Kraft und hat eine Erstlaufzeit von drei Jahren. Der Vertrag endet grundsätzlich ohne, dass es einer Kündigung bedarf. Die BVG hat das Recht, diesen Vertrag einseitig bis zu zweimal, um jeweils bis zu 12 Monate zu verlängern. Dieses Optionsrecht muss zu seiner Wirksamkeit von der BVG spätestens jeweils 12 Monate vor dem jeweiligen Laufzeitende durch schriftliche Mitteilung an den Auftragnehmer in Anspruch genommen werden.
