Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Aufgrund der festgestellten Feuchtigkeitsprobleme in dem Teilbereich der PU Wände unterhalb der Gleislage sind zusätzliche

Abdichtungs- bzw. Verpressungsarbeiten erforderlich. Die seitlichen Wände der Unterführung weisen in Teilbereichen,

insbesondere an den Anschlüssen zu den neuen Betonwänden (Treppenverschluss), starke Durchfeuchtungen auf.

Es war angedacht, den alten Mauerputz zu entfernen und neu zu verputzen. Dies wird aufgrund der sich nun zeigenden

Feuchtigkeitsstellen keine dauerhafte Lösung sein, weil die Feuchtigkeit immer wieder durch den Putz zum Vorschein

kommen wird.

Auf Anordnung des Bauwerkprüfers soll der alte Putz entfernt werden und neu verputzt, dabei sollen die Feuchte Stellen durch

Injektionsverfahren abgedichtet werden. Der Einsatz dieses Injektionsverfahren war nicht im HLV vorgesehen.
