Aufgrund des zum Zeitpunkt der Auftragserteilung nicht versehbaren Anstiegs des vom Dienstleister zu bewirtschaftenden Volumens sind zusätzliche Leistungen erforderlich geworden. Anpassungen dieser Art sind nicht absehbar. Sie lösen jedoch einen Mehrbedarf beim Dienstleister aus ohne den Gesamtcharakter des Auftrages zu verändern.
