Description of particular conditions: Die Lieferanten der Lose 1 – 3 verpflichten sich das Fahrzeug vor Ablauf der allgemeinen Ausnahmegenehmigung in Baden-Württemberg über die Zulassung von Euro 5 Motoren für Fahrzeuge der Feuerwehren einsatzbereit und abgenommen der Feuerwehr zu übergeben. Sollte eine Zulassung bis zum genannten Zeitpunkt nicht möglich sein gehen mögliche Umrüstungskosten in vollem Umfang zu Lasten des Verschuldenden Auftragnehmers.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: a.) Erklärung des Bieters dass auf sein Unternehmen kein der in § 6 Nr. 5 VOL/A genannten Gründe zutrifft, nach denen der Bieter von der Teilnahme am Wettbewerb ausgeschlossen werden kann (Negativerklärung) und/oder Auszug aus dem Gewerbezentralregister. Der Auszug darf zum Zeitpunkt des Einreichungstermins nicht älter als 3 Monate sein.
b.) Auszug aus dem Handelsregister nach Maßgabe des Landes der Gemeinschaft in dem der Bieter ansässig ist.
c.) Unterlagen gemäß „Aufforderung zur Angebotsabgabe“ und Leistungsverzeichnis.

Bescheinigung der zuständigen Stelle des Mitgliedstaats in welchem das Unternehmen tätig ist, dass über das Vermögen des Unternehmens kein Insolvenzverfahren oder vergleichbares Verfahren eröffnet oder die Eröffnung beantragt oder dieser Antrag mangels Masse abgelehnt worden ist. und dass es sich nicht in Liquidation befindet.
