VII.1.4)Description of the procurement:

20 - In Vorbereitung der westlichen Erweiterung, bei welcher die Decke des Transittunnels entfernt werden muß, werden Ankerbohrungen in der westl. Wand des Transittunnels durchgeführt. Diese Ankerbohrungen waren notwendig um die Stabilität der Wand zu gewährleisten. Um die Ankerbohrungen durchführen zu können, mußten existierende Fernwärmeleitungen umverlegt werden, da diese eine Kollision mit den Bohransatzpunkten hatten. Die Fernwärmeleitungen werden noch benötigt, um die Heizversorgung des nördl. Randbaus und des Starnberger-Flügelbahnhofs zu gewährleisten. Diese Arbeiten konnten nur vom bisherigen AN durchgeführt werden, da ansonsten ein Gewährleistungsverlust die Folge gewesen wäre.

Diese Maßnahme war nicht absehbar, da erst nach Vergabe des Hauptauftrages die Notwendigkeit der Ankerbohrungen erkannt wurde.
