Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Im Zuge der Bauausführung hat sich ergeben, dass für den zweiten Bauabschnitt aufgrund der Erfahrungen aus dem BA1 bei den Verbauarbeiten (Bodenverhältnisse etc.) eine vorlaufende Vorvergütung erforderlich ist. Um die Terminschiene einzuhalten, müssen die Arbeiten zusätzlich zu den Tagschichten in Nachtschichten durchgeführt werden. Anhand der vorliegenden Unterlagen und vorlaufenden Untersuchungen war dieser Umstand zum Zeitpunkt der Ausschreibung nicht absehbar. Die Arbeiten stehen in direktem örtlichen und zeitlichen Zusammenhang mit der Baumaßnahme und sind zwingend zur Realisierung dieser erforderlich.
