Komplexe Umbaumaßnahmen der Eisenbahninfrastrukturanlage des Betriebsbahnhofes Bad Schandau Ost inkl. von Teilen der angrenzenden Streckenabschnitte zwischen Bf. Bad Schandau und Bahngrenze DB/CD.

— 9,7 km Gleisanlagen inkl. 15 Weichen (Materialbeistellung durch den AG);

— 37 000 m2 PSS;

— 20 500 m3 Erdabtrag und 13 500 m3 Dammschüttung; Abdichtung Fahrbahnwannen EÜ km 19,258 und 20,145 sowie Erneuerung Fahrbahnwanne EÜ Hirschmühle;

— 600 m Stahlspundwand (bis 4 m hoch über GOK);

— 1 450 m Lärmschutzwände (bis 4 m hoch über GOK);

— Gebäudeabbruch altes Stellwerk;

— Stahlbetonbodenplatte auf Bohrpfählen für Gründung ESTW-Modulgebäude;

— 7 600 m Kabelgefäßsysteme und 30 Gleisquerungen;

— 280 Maste für OLA und 140 Maste für Gleisfeldbeleuchtung;

— 5 000 m OLA Re100 und 20 000 m OLA Re200;

— 50 Signalfundamente;

— 8 000 m OSE-Steuerkabel, 89 000 m Signalkabel und 6 500 m Kabel für Beleuchtung verlegen (Materialbeistellung Kabel durch AG);

Besonderheiten: Bauen im Streckengleisbereich unter Aufrechterhaltung einer eingleisigen, elektrischen Betriebsführung mit enger Zugtaktung. Auf Grund der örtlichen Lage im Elbtal eingeschränkte Baufeldausdehnung und Erreichbarkeit für Geräte und Material nur über die Gleisanlage.
