Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Gemäß Vertrag ist VP 13 mit dem Umbau (Rückbau/Neubau) der Eisenbahnüberführung Großbeerenstraße beauftragt. Die Widerlagerhinterfüllung ist mit zementverfestigtem Material durchzuführen.

Wegen der Änderung der Geometrie der Widerlagerrückseiten muss die Hinterfüllung mit Lockergesteinsböden GW, GI, SW, SI gem. Ril 836.4106 Bild 3 erfolgen. Dies ist planerisch zu bearbeiten und umzusetzen. Eine Veränderung des Gesamtcharakters des Vertrages ist nicht gegeben. Synergieeffekte beim Bauen und dem damit eingetakteten Bauablauf (komplex) würden verloren gehen.
