Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Das Abladen der Gitterboxen mit den LST-Teilen für die Weichen ist im Vertrags-LV nicht enthalten. Die Montage der LST-Teile an die vormontierten Weichen erfolgt durch einen anderen AN, der zum Zeitpunkt des Abladens der Weichenteile aufgrund der benötigten Vormontagezeit noch nicht auf der Baustelle ist. Das Abladen der Gitterboxen ist im Zusammenhang mit dem Abladen der Fahrbahn sowie der Weichenschwellen erforderlich, da die Vor- bzw. Endmontage der LST-Teile an den montierten Weichen inbetriebnahmerelevant ist. Die Vergabe an einen anderen AN würde aufgrund zusätzlicher Aufwendungen für die Vergabe, Koordination, separate Baustelleneinrichtung, Logistik, Maschinen- und Personaleinsatz sowie Einweisung und Sicherung der Beschäftigten zu Mehrkosten führen.
