Die zusätzliche Leistung besteht aus der Ertüchtigung der vorgelagerten Stromversorgung des Stellwerks und ist erforderlich, um das gesamte Gewerk und somit ETCS erfolgreich abschließen und in Betrieb nehmen zu können durch die Detailkenntnisse im eigenen Stellwerk und der Gewährleistungsübernahme des Herstellers an das Gesamtsystem. Die komplexe Projektierung kann in der LST Anlage vollumfänglich betrachtet werden und die Gesamtbetrachtung und Sondersituationen können von den Experten der Stellwerkshersteller gelöst werden. Eine Abstimmung zwischen der Außenanlage und Innenanlage ist dadurch automatisch gegeben.
