Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Das Vorhaben war Bestandteil eines Gesamtumbaukomplexes in Borna

und bautechnologisch sowohl integriert als auch in der Ausführung

zeitlich abhängig von zwei parallel laufenden Projekten. Die angezeigte

Bauzeitverlängerung resultiert aus zeitlichen Verschiebungen innerhalb

des Gesamtumbaukomplexes auf Grund technischer Probleme und den

damit verbundenen übergreifenden Entscheidungen seitens des

Auftraggebers zur Minimierung einer unabwendbaren

Bauzeitüberschreitung nach dem geplanten Inbetriebnahmetermin am

27.09.2021.
