Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Am 19.10.2021 kam es zu einer Betriebsstörungen im Bauablauf im Zeitraum 5:15Uhr bis 9:24 Uhr, der Arbeitszug konnte nicht planmäßig fahren wegen einer Weichenstörung in BNO. Der Bauverzug wurde mit Mehraufwand des AN kompensiert. Hier wurde auf Seiten des AN durch Mehraufwand der Stillstand kompensiert, der Charakter des Auftrages bleibt unverändert.
