The objective of this call for expressions of interest is to set up lists of vendors in each of the following categories:
1) Administrative support related to:
— archiving and general secretarial work,
— finance and Accounting,
— human resources.
2) Technical support related to:
— laboratory tasks,
— radiation protection,
— medical support.
Interested Candidates shall apply in accordance with the provisions contained in this notice and the purposes stated therein.
The interested vendors shall register themselves on the call for tender website (see URL above). Each time that the Contracting Authority will need temporary staff, an invitation to tender with the specific requirements will be sent to the registered vendors for the category of staff concerned.

Applicants shall be excluded from participating in a contract if:
(a) they are bankrupt, being wound up or have suspended business activities, their affairs are being administered by the court, they have entered into an arrangement with creditors or similar measures or are the subject of any proceedings of that nature, or are in any analogous situation arising from a similar procedure provided for in national legislation or regulations;
