Art. 1 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1370/2007 in seinem Zuständigkeitsbereich einen öffentlichen Dienstleistungsauftrag (öDA) über öffentliche Personenverkehrsdienste mit Kfz nach § 2 Absatz 1 PBefG für eine Laufzeit von 5 Jahren ab Betriebsbeginn zu erteilen.
