Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Zusätzliche erforderliche Leistungen - zwei weitere Zentralen:Die beiden Zentralen sollen bereits in den Inbetriebnahmeprozess des Brandmeldesystems RA 1 (Netzverbund) eingebunden werden. Mit der Einbindung der zusätzlichen Zentralen NPE/ZNT in die Inbetriebnahme des Netzverbundes wird eine spätere Neukonfiguration und damit Betriebsunterbrechungen vermieden. Darüber hinaus erfolgt auch eine Beschleunigung / Kompensation der Terminverzögerungen der Inbetriebnahme aufgrund des gestörten Bauablaufes.Ein Wechsel des AN ist aus technischen Gründen nicht möglich.
