Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Es handelt sich um Sondertürstelen im L&R-EG an der Südfassade in der Treppenanlage. Die Sonderstelen sind notwendig wegen der Höhe der Treppenanlage. Wegen der Höhe des Hohlraums müssen hier längere Stelen montiert werden. Abweichend zu den Regel-Türstelen müssen diese für zusätzliche Vorrichtungen auf der Rückseite ausgeschnitten werden. Die Änderung war erst im Zuge des weiteren Planungsprozess ersichtlich und musste nachträglich abgefragt werden. Die Leistung wird als Zulage abgerechnet. Ein Wechsel des AN kann aus technischen Gründen nicht erfolgen.
