Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Das numerische Transportmodell ist Grundvoraussetzung für die Erfassung der dominierenden Eintrags- und Transportprozesse der LHKW aus dem Bereich der Schadensquellen sowie für die Simulation bzw. Prognose des Ausbreitungsverhaltens in der Grundwasserabstromfahne, gem. Empfehlung vom LBEG/GLD mit Schreiben vom 03.06.2016. Das Transportmodell ist Voraussetzung für die Festlegung von Sanierungs-/Sicherungsmaßnahmen in der Abstromfahne und wird von der Unteren Bodenschutzbehörde als erforderlich erachtet, um den Empfehlungen des LBEG/GLD zur Klärung Schadstoffsituation Folge leisten zu können.
