Description of renewals:

Im gegenseitigen Einvernehmen kann die Rahmenvereinbarung unter unveränderten Bedingungen insgesamt zweimal um je ein Jahr verlängert werden (bis 30.06.2025 bzw. 30.06.2026). Die Vertragsverlängerung muss jeweils mindestens drei (3) Monate vor Vertragsablauf (= jeweils 31.03.) schriftlich vereinbart werden.

Spätestens nach vier Jahren endet der Vertrag am 30.06.2026 endgültig. Eine schriftliche Kündigung nach Vertragsablauf ist zu keinem Zeitpunkt notwendig.
