Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Der denkmalgeschützte, historisch wertvolle Baubestand war bis zum Baubeginn in Nutzung, so dass die vorgesehenen Abbruch-maßnahmen vor Ort aktualisiert festgelegt, abgestimmt und genehmigt werden mussten (LAKD/ Statik/ Brandschutz …). Dadurch ergaben sich Mehrmengen bzw. Mehraufwand (Zulagen) zum LV.
