UNICEF wishes to invite you to submit an offer for the subject, RFPS-DAN-2021-503347 - Global Long-term Arrangement (LTAs) for Oxygen Generation Plant Repair and Biomedical Engineering Technical Services.

A webinar will be arranged on 10 August 2021 15:00 CET/09:00 EST to answer proposers’ clarification, proposers are encouraged to send their clarifications in writing prior to the webinar to enable the maximum consolidation of clarifications. Please register for the webinar at the link below. Proposers are required to confirm interest in participating the Webinar and to submit any questions in respect of this RFPS by e-mail to Ying Solem at [email protected]. The deadline for receipt of any questions is, 9 August, 17:00 hrs Copenhagen's local time.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION! PLEASE READ:

1. The proposals must be submitted to the following email: [email protected] only. Proposals sent to any other email will be invalidated. Do not send general queries to this email.

2. The subject line of the email should include the bid number i.e. RFPS-DAN-2021-503347.

3. Attachments to be maximum ten (10) megabytes per email and to be submitted in an editable version as well as a PDF.

4. No other recipient should be "cc" or "bcc" in the email submission.

5. Technical Proposal MUST be free of any pricing information, Financial proposal to be submitted in separate file, separate email.

6. Questions to be received by 9 August, 17:00 hrs Copenhagen's local time.

Proposals must be received by latest 23:59 hrs (Copenhagen Time), on 24 August 2021.
