The National Capital Commission (NCC) is proceeding with a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of Maintenance Management Services for Government Sites. The maps included with this RFP clearly present the boundaries of the Contract with respect to the location where the Work is to be performed. Government Sites Contract Sites are:

  2. Parliamentary Precinct Parking
  3. Confederation Building
  4. Justice Building
  5. Supreme Court of Canada
  6. Parliamentary Hill Parking 850
  7. Wellington Street Park
  8. Public Archives and National Library Building
  9. Fleet Street Parking Lot
  10. East Memorial Building
  11. 90 Wellington
  12. 80 Wellington
  13. 59 Sparks
  14. Senate of Canada Building

Enquiries regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority as early as possible within the solicitation period. Enquiries should be received no later than ten (10) business days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow enough time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may result in an answer not being provided. To ensure consistency and quality of the information provided to Bidders, the Contracting Authority shall examine the content of the enquiry and shall decide whether to issue an amendment. All enquiries and other communications related to this tender sent throughout the solicitation period are to be directed only to the Contracting Authority. Non-compliance with this requirement during the solicitation period can, for that reason alone, result in disqualification of a proposal

CONTRACT TERM: This RFP contemplates entering into a Contract having a Term of five (5) consecutive years beginning April 1, 2022 and ending March 31, 2027. By mutual consent, the NCC and the Contractor may exercise one (1) successive five (5) year option at the same terms and conditions. Each option Year will have an inflationary increase of +2.0% from the previous Year’s fees
