The GCCA+ Suriname Adaptation project invites qualified persons and/or organizations to submit a quotation for Graphic Design Services.

Quotations may be submitted on or before Wednesday 22 August, 2018 at 4:00pm, via e-mail to the address below:

Please note that following requirements and conditions apply to the delivery of the services:

• Preferred Currency of Quotation: SRD
• Quotation must be exclusive of tax and other applicable indirect taxes.
• The Price per unit and the total price for each item must be stated
• Partial Quotations are not accepted.

Quotations submitted by email must be limited to a maximum of 10MB, virus-free and no more than two (2) email transmissions.  They must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected. The sample videos must be delivered on a cd at the above mentioned address.  

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline.  Quotations that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.  If you are submitting your quotation by email, kindly ensure that they are signed and in the .pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files.

The following documents are required:

• A Company or Personal Profile detailing work experience
• A Quotation valid for at least 90 days which meets the above mentioned criteria
