Ενεργοποίηση του δικαιώματος προαίρεσης των συμβάσεων με τους προμηθευτές ΑΝΤΩΝΟΠΟΥΛΟΥ ΘΕΟΦΑΝΩ & ΣΙΑ Ο.Ε. (CONIK για την προμήθεια μέσων ατομικής προστασίας για τους εργαζόμενους του Δήμου λόγω του ότι η πρόβλεψη της μελέτης δεν είχε συμπεριλάβει υπαλλήλους του Τμήματος Διαχείρισης και Συντήρησης Οχημάτων και του Αυτοτελούς Τμήματος Πολιτικής ΠροστασίαςΤην αριθ. πρωτ. 56898/15-12-2020 Διακήρυξη ανοικτού διαγωνισμού ηλεκτρονικού διαγωνισμού υπάρχει πρόβλεψη σχετικής ρήτρας σύμφωνα με την οποία: Με δικαίωμα ανάθεσης(δικαίωμα προαίρεσης) εκ μέρους της αναθέτουσας αρχής, με μονομερή της απόφαση, έως και 50 % της αξίας των ειδών με την ίδια τιμή και τις τεχνικές προδιαγραφές της παρούσης και με δυνατότητα χρονικής παράτασης της σύμβασης εως και τρείς μήνες, σε περίπτωση πρόωρης εξάντλησης των ειδών και ανάγκη επιπλέον προμήθειας .Το δικαίωμα προαίρεσης θα ενεργοποιηθεί και θα δεσμευθεί πριν την λήξη της σύμβασης για τους
