ii) υποστήριξη κατά τη διαμόρφωση των οριστικών σεναρίων απλούστευσης για τη κάθε διαδικασία (χρονική διάρκεια 4 μήνες)·

iii) καταγραφή διαδικασιών:

α) χορήγησης ενδιάμεσων δικαιολογητικών - πιστοποιητικών, και/ή

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Κρίνεται ασύμφορη οικονομικά η ανάθεση σε διαφορετικό ανάδοχο, καθώς η εμπλοκή προσώπου διαφορετικού από τον αρχικό ανάδοχο στην εκτέλεση των πρόσθετων και συμπληρωματικών εργασιών, θα είχε ως αποτέλεσμα την ουσιαστική επικάλυψη δαπανών, καθώς η αναθέτουσα αρχή θα υποχρεωνόταν να καταβάλει μεγαλύτερο μέρος δαπανών, προκειμένου να εκτελέσει ένα τρίτο πρόσωπο τη συμπληρωματική σύμβαση· και τούτο, επειδή όλες οι συμπληρωματικές υπηρεσίες που προτείνονται έχουν άμεση συνάφεια με τα παραδοτέα της αρχικής σύμβασης, η οποία ήδη υλοποιείται.
