Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Η εταιρεία «AUTOONE ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ ΑΝΩΝΥΜΟΣ ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΚΑΙ ΕΜΠΟΡΙΚΗ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ ΑΥΤΟΚΙΝΗΤΩΝ» αιτήθηκε την παράταση του συμβατικού χρόνου παράδοσης των ειδών της υπ’ αριθ. 2368/2020 Σύμβασης Α.Π.Σ. και για τη χορήγηση παράτασης του χρόνου παράδοσης αυτών κατά ένα (1) μήνα, αρχόμενη από τη συμβατική ημερομηνία παράδοσής του (19-03-2022), ήτοι έως και την 19-04-2022 για τους λόγους ανωτέρας βίας. Η εταιρεία «AUTOONE ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ ΑΝΩΝΥΜΟΣ ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΚΑΙ ΕΜΠΟΡΙΚΗ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ ΑΥΤΟΚΙΝΗΤΩΝ» αιτήθηκε την αντικατάσταση των φάρων τύπου LE106HE των πυροσβεστικών οχημάτων της υπ’ αριθ. 2368/2020 Σύμβασης λόγω διακοπής στην παραγωγή αυτών από το εργοστάσιο κατασκευής.
