VII.1.4)Description of the procurement:

Τροποποίηση των εξής σημείων της Σύμβασης:

Άρθρο 3.1 «Η συνολική διάρκεια παροχής των υπηρεσιών παρατείνεται κατά πέντε (5) μήνες και ορίζεται πλέον σε πενήντα τρεις (53) μήνες από την ημερομηνία υπογραφής της αρχικής ΣΥΜΒΑΣΗΣ».

Άρθρο 6.1 « Η αποπληρωμή του ΑΝΑΔΟΧΟΥ θα γίνει σταδιακά, μετά το πέρας του κάθε εξαμήνου ή πενταμήνου, ήτοι κατά τον 7ο, 13ο, 19ο, 25ο, 31ο, 37ο, 43ο, 49ο και 54ο μήνα από την υπογραφή της σύμβασης, μετά την οριστική ποιοτική και ποσοτική παραλαβή των κατά το προηγούμενο εξάμηνο ή πεντάμηνο παρασχεθεισών υπηρεσιών.

Η οριστική παραλαβή των παραδοτέων του έργου θα γίνει απολογιστικά, σύμφωνα με το υπάρχον νομικό πλαίσιο, μετά την παράδοση όλων των επί μέρους υπηρεσιών που θα παρασχεθούν από τον Ανάδοχο, από Επιτροπή Παραλαβής που θα συσταθεί ειδικά για το σκοπό αυτό. Η Επιτροπή Παραλαβής θα προβεί σε επί μέρους οριστικές παραλαβές κατά τον 7ο, 13ο, 19ο, 25ο, 31ο, 37ο, 43ο, 49ο και 54ο μήνα από την υπογραφή της σύμβασης, για τα κατά περίπτωση κλειστά αιτήματα κάθε προηγούμενου εξαμήνου».

Άρθρο 8.4 «Η κατά περίπτωση εγγύηση καλής λειτουργίας θα αφορά στις οριστικά παραληφθείσες υπηρεσίες κάθε προηγούμενου εξαμήνου και θα κατατίθεται μετά το πέρας του εξαμήνου, ήτοι κατά τον 7ο, 13ο, 19ο, 25ο, 31ο, 37ο, 43ο, 49ο και 54ο μήνα από την υπογραφή της σύμβασης και πριν από τη σταδιακή αποδέσμευση της εγγύησης καλής εκτέλεσης».
