Το φυσικό αντικείμενο της σύμβασης συνίσταται στην υλοποίηση προγράμματος κατάρτισης και πιστοποίησης, με σκοπό την ανάδειξη «Εξειδικευμένου στελέχους χρηματοοικονομικών, πληροφοριακών και διασυνοριακών διαδικασιών διεθνούς εμπορίου», σύμφωνα με το διεθνές πρότυπο ISO/IEC 17024 ή άλλο ισοδύναμο με αυτό πρότυπο, στο πλαίσιο της Πράξης: «Εξειδικευμένο στέλεχος χρηματοοικονομικών, πληροφοριακών και διασυνοριακών διαδικασιών διεθνούς εμπορίου». Το πρόγραμμα απευθύνεται σε 865 ωφελούμενους εργαζομένους των επιχειρήσεων της χώρας, οι οποίοι αναπτύσσουν ή επιθυμούν να αναπτύξουν εξαγωγική δραστηριότητα και εντάσσονται σε όλους τους τομείς / κλάδους της οικονομίας, οι οποίοι κατανέμονται σύμφωνα με τη χρηματοδοτική κλείδα, ανά τύπο Περιφέρειας.
