Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Τροποποίηση του δρομολογίου με Α/Α 72, «Λευκοθέα - Πετράλωνα - Βουνοπλαγιά στο Ειδικό Επαγγελματικό Γυμνάσιο Ιωαννίνων», το οποίο καταρτίστηκε για τη μεταφορά τεσσάρων (4) μαθητών, από Λευκοθέα - Πετράλωνα - Βουνοπλαγιά στο Ειδικό Επαγγελματικό Γυμνάσιο Ιωαννίνων. Με τις εγγραφές της νέας σχολικής περιόδου, προέκυψε ότι από τις ανωτέρω περιοχές υπάρχουν τρεις (3) μαθητές για μεταφορά και επιπλέον, προέκυψε η ανάγκη για μεταφορά ενός (1) μαθητή από την οδό Σπύρου Λάμπρου και Αργυροκάστρου στο Ειδικό Επαγγελματικό Γυμνάσιο Ιωαννίνων· για τον λόγο αυτό, απαιτείται η τροποποίηση του δρομολογίου, για τη μεταφορά των μαθητών από Λευκοθέα - Πετράλωνα - Βουνοπλαγιά και από οδό Σπύρου Λάμπρου και Αργυροκάστρου στο Ειδικό Επαγγελματικό Γυμνάσιο Ιωαννίνων. Με την ανωτέρω τροποποίηση, προκαλείται αύξηση της χιλιομετρικής απόστασης του δρομολογίου, από 56Km, που ήταν αρχικά, σε 60Km και το κόστος του δρομολογίου, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη την έκπτωση του αναδόχου, καθορίζεται στα 44,46 EUR, από 41,08 EUR.
