DFATD is seeking a monitor to assess the performance of the department’s health sector projects.

  • The monitor will use monitoring and assessment findings to establish an effective, qualitative program.
  • The monitor is encouraged to attend operational and health sector meetings.
  • The monitor will draw on their expertise to provide specific advice on policies, strategies, approaches and methods used in public health and especially reproductive health.
  • The monitor will also suggest ways for DFATD’s program to improve the performance of health system organizations, such as the technical units of regional health directorates.
  • Initial Period of the Contract: From the contract award date to March 31, 2026
  • Work location: The monitor will work mainly from his office place, but will be required to travel to the areas of intervention in Mali where DFATD conducts projects and programs for 2 weeks with funding per year.
  • Official languages: The contractor must be able to provide staffs that are able to communicate and draft documents in French.
