United Nations in Brazil hereby invites qualified companies to submit sealed tenders to: Hire of specialized company in events organization, to provide the planning, organization, logistics, accommodation, catering, material and human resources and other services necessary for the execution of the International Conference "The Transforming Power of Investment in Early Childhood for Equitable Development”, to be held on 20 and 21 March 2018, in São Paulo/SP, Brazil.

The purpose of this notice is to provide general information on the requirements for the procurement process and to inform interested suppliers how to obtain a copy of the Solicitation Documents.

The sealed tenders must be received by JOF – Joint Operations Facility on or before 27th February 2018 at 12:00 p.m. on the postal address below, in strict compliance with the instructions as stipulated in the Solicitation Documents. Please indicate Ref. Nº: Bid (RFP) JOF-0035/2018 on all submissions.

Interested companies who wish to participate must obtain a complete set of Solicitation Documents, available free of charge at http://www.un.org.br. Information can also be obtained by the e-mail licitacoes.jof@un.org.br

JOF reserves the right to amend the tender documents at any time during the solicitation process. Any amendments or clarifications will be communicated directly to all Bidders who have requested for a complete set of solicitation documents and officially confirmed their intention to submit a sealed tender. No remuneration will be made to companies for preparation and submission of their tenders.
