o    Form C: Joint Venture/Consortium/Association Information Form
o    Form D: Qualification Form
o    Form E: Format of Technical Proposal
o    Form F: Financial Proposal Submission Form
o    Form G: Financial Proposal Form
o    Form H: Form of Proposal Security Not Applicable

The Financial Proposal and the Technical Proposal files MUST BE COMPLETELY SEPARATE and uploaded separately in the system and clearly
named as either “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” or “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL”, as appropriate. The file with the “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL” must be encrypted with a password. Special note: Do not disclose your price anywhere in your submission or e-tendering system other than encrypted financial proposal. Please enter ‘1’ as your bid price in e-tendering line item.

Quotations must be submitted on or before August 11, 2021 by 04:30 PM (Bangladesh Time) through online e-Tendering system in the following link: https://etendering.partneragencies.org using your username and password. and follow the registration steps as specified in the system user guide. Your Quotation must be expressed in the English, and valid for a minimum period of 90 days.
