 Following a query/inquiry from one of the interested bidders, please be notified that 1 document has been revised and some answers have been uploaded on the links below. The following are the changes/additions: 

    1.        Form F (Financial Proposal Submission Form). This sentence has been deleted “ Our attached Financial Proposal is for the sum of  [Insert amount in words and figures].”  However, even then, please password-protect this form.

    2.        Questions & Answers word document.

Please be notified that the following information has been added to this notice and download the new documents:

1. Revisions in the Expected Deliverables Table (Extracted from RFP No. UNDP-RFP-2018-042 from Page 31 -36). This table replaces the table on these pages of the initial RFP.  The table is attached separately on this notice.

2. Revisions in the Financial Form (Form G) extracted from page 53-55 of the initial RFP No. UNDP-RFP-2018-042.  The Financial Form is attached separately on this notice; in WORD Format.

3. Minutes of the Pre-Proposal meeting are attached on this notice.

RFP No: UNDP-RFP-2018-042 - Hiring of a firm for the provision of services for Improving Design and Implementing Outreach and Behavior Change Campaigns by leveraging Information and Communication Technology (CT)/Digital Technology.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) intends to hire a Firm/Organization/Company for the Provision of  for Improving Design and Implementing Outreach and Behavior Change Campaigns by leveraging Information and Communication Technology (CT)/Digital Technology.

 Interested Firms/Organizations/Companies are requested to submit the Technicals and Financial Proposals through eTendering online system and by the deadline indicated in https://etendering.partneragencies.org, by 5th June 2018 (12:30 PM Pakistan Standard Time OR  3:30 AM EDT).

You are kindly requested to indicate whether your company intends to submit a Proposal by clicking on “Accept Invitation” button not later than  23rd May, 2018 [12:30 PM Pakistan Standard Time OR 3:30 AM EDT.  If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records.   

If you have received this RFP through a direct invitation by UNDP, transferring this invitation to another firm requires your written notification to UNDP of such transfer and the name of the company to whom the invitation was forwarded. 

Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate with the contact person identified in the attached Data Sheet as the focal point for queries on this RFP. While UNDP would endeavor to provide response/clarification expeditiously, any delay in providing such information will not be considered a reason for extending the submission date.
