The IAEA is currently utilising approximately 1,000 different models of HP printers at its Headquarters in Vienna, Austria and the Laboratories in Seibersdorf. To achieve cost efficiencies and meet various functional and technical requirements, the IAEA is considering optimising its print fleet by implementing the HP Managed Print Services.
Interested vendors are welcome to familiarise themselves with the technical, functional and commercial requirements stipulated in the RFP and submit their proposal by the tender closing date and time.
