The Humanitarian Booking Hub Team of the United Nations World Food Programme is currently seeking to engage with an external provider of a Learning Management System (LMS) platform to make available video trainings and other learning materials for service focal points of different UN Agencies.

This LMS platform must allow for several mandatory features. To this end, please refer to the attached EOI document. In Table I on the second page, interested companies are requested to mention whether they are able to provide these features. A small description is required, which can be provided on a separate A4 page.

Among the other requests, companies are to mention the pricing structure that they apply to Clients. Interested companies must not however reflect any actual prices in their EOI response, as this will lead to their exclusion from the tender. 

The deadline for the EOI return is Monday, 8 February 2021, at 16:00 (Rome Time, Italy). The completed EOI as well as requested information and documents (Chamber of Commerce registration certificate) must be sent to [email protected] by this deadline.
