River Clyde Homes are looking for expressions of interests from companies who may be able to fulfil our requirements. We are unaware at present as to whether a solution that delivers all elements exists in the market. The intention is to run a procurement process in the near future, but we would like to understand what is available on the market to help us finalise our specification.
Requirements:
-In-house HR System for RCH Group which covers approx 300 staff within two different companies with different terms and conditions. The following is required from HR System:
- Data management system which includes the recruiting and tracking of applicants, storing employee data, managing payroll and benefits, maintaining regulatory and legal requirements, etc. This should be a centralised database in an all-in-one HR software system.
-The recruitment software should help streamline the hiring process from beginning to end i.e. approval of post, advertising of post, storing of applicant data, and screening applications for potential matches.
-Onboarding software to streamline and track the process of introducing new employees i.e. storage of pre-employment checks, personal details and induction programme
- Self-service function to allow staff to record annual leave, personal details etc and for line managers to also have access to this
- A platform for HR professionals, managers, and employees to assess employee skills, set performance goals, and track improvement.
- Learning Management System to administer, create, document, track and report learning and development programs.
