VII.1.4)Description of the procurement:

Ajánlatkérő az eljárás során a VOLÁNBUSZ Zrt. üzemeltetésében lévő gépjárműakkumulátorok konszignációs raktárra történő szállítására kíván szerződni a nyertes ajánlattevővel keretszerződés keretében összesen nettó 285 380 000 Ft keretösszegig.

Ajánlatkérő a meghatározott keretösszeg mértékéig terjedően egyoldalú írásos megrendelő nyilatkozatával (továbbiakban: Eseti megrendelés) rendeli meg a meghatározott Termékeket a szerződés hatálya alatt. Ajánlattevőnek a Termékeket az eseti megrendelésben megadott mennyiségben az Ajánlatkérő által üzemeltetett konszignációs raktárba kell szállítania annak érdekében, hogy Ajánlatkérő ezen keresztül biztosítsa szükségletei zavartalan kielégítését. A konszignációs raktárakból a Termékeknek az Ajánlatkérő által történő bizonylatolt felhasználása minősül az áru értékesítésének.

A jótállási időtartam valamennyi szállított akkumulátor vonatkozásában 12 hónap (kötelezően előírt).

A szállított akkumulátorok a szállítástól számított 6 hónapnál nem lehetnek régebbi gyártásúak, amit Ajánlattevőnek egyértelműen, olvashatóan feltüntetett gyári azonosítószámmal kell igazolnia.

Az akkumulátorok feltöltött állapotúak legyenek.

Az akkumulátorokon elhelyezett címkén (adattáblán) feltüntetett gyártói azonosítószámmal azonosíthatók legyenek.

Az Ajánlattevő a hulladékká vált akkumulátorok előírás szerinti gyűjtéséhez az ajánlatkérő kérésére köteles a szükséges ADR előírásoknak megfelelő speciális gyűjtőedényeket - külön díj felszámítása nélkül - biztosítani az ajánlatkérő kihelyezett raktáraiban.

Ajánlatkérő a szerződést a Kbt. 141. § (2) bekezdése alapján módosította. Ajánlatkérő a Kbt.141 .§ (4) bekezdés c) pontjára nem hivatkozik, ezért a módosítás szükségességét indokoló körülmények előre nem látható jellegének magyarázata nem releváns.
