VII.2.2)Reasons for modification

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Felek rögzítik, hogy a Tervező munkavállalói között fellépő, tömeges COVID megbetegedések a rendes munkavégzés nagy mértékű akadályozását eredményezték. Mindez pedig a határidőben történő teljesítést akadályozó olyan, a Felek kívül álló objektív körülmény, melyet a Felek kellő gondossággal sem láthattak előre.

Ezen előre nem látható körülmények indokolják a teljesítési határidő meghosszabbítását a COVID megbetegedésből történő felgyógyulás 10 napos időtartamával.

Jelen 1. sz. Szerződésmódosítás nem érinti az Eredeti szerződés általános jellegét, az változatlan tartalmú maradt, és a módosítás teljes egészében illeszkedik az Eredeti szerződés jellegéhez.

Jelen 1.sz. Szerződésmódosítás keretében ellenérték növekedésre nem kerül sor, ebből következően a Kbt. ezen alpontnak maradéktalanul megfelel a módosítás.
