Adásvételi szerződés melynek tárgya gyári vagy azzal egyenértékű utángyártott új tehergépjármű alkatrészek beszállítása Iveco gyártmányú, minimum 3,5 tonna össztömegű tehergépjárművekhez a közbeszerzési dokumentumokban részletezettek szerint.

Ajánlatkérő jelenleg 13 db Iveco tip tehergépkocsival rendelkezik. Ajánlatkérő jelenlegi állománya:

IVECO 120E M335-5 1 db

IVECO 190EL M335-8 2 db

IVECO Stralis 190S 3 db

IVECO Stralis M335-13 5 db

IVECO Trakker 190T 2 db

Szerződési biztosítékok: a közbeszerzési dokumentumokban részletezettek szerint.

Ajánlatkérő a keretszerződést 36 hónap határozott időre köti, nettó 150 000 000 Ft keretösszegben melyből 70 % értékben vállal kötelezettséget lehívásra ajánlatkérő.

Ajánlatkérő tájékoztatja ajánlattevőket, hogy a keretszerződés megszűnik, ha az utolsó egyedi megrendelés szállítása és ellenszolgáltatása teljesült, vagy ha az egyedi megrendelések összértéke eléri a teljes nettó keretösszeget és az utolsó egyedi megrendelés szállítása és ellenszolgáltatása teljesült.

Szerződést biztosító mellékkötelezettségek: Késedelmi, hibás teljesítési és meghiúsulási kötbér, jótállás a közbeszerzési dokumentumok részét képező szerződéstervezetben részletezettek szerint

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

A gyártási alapanyagok és energiaköltségek jelentős mértékű áremelkedésére, továbbá az EURO/HUF árfolyam szerződéskötés időpontja óta történt emelkedésére tekintettel nyertes ajánlattevő (eladó) kezdeményezte a szerződéses egységárak 9,9%-kal történő emelését.
